lovely listing no. 1

As y'all know, I'm selling real estate in Charleston. I'm not going to lie, what attracted me to this career is my fascination with home interiors and architecture. Of course there's more to it than that, but I absolutely love looking inside homes. I was flipping through property listing magazines long before I ever thought I'd be a Realtor.

As you can imagine, I've been coming across beautiful—I mean, stunning—listings. Occasionally I will post them on my Facebook page, so I thought I would post some on here too. Just one every week or two. I'm not trying to sell a house to you, but I just think it's so fun to see photos of these gorgeous homes! Do you agree... Is this of interest to y'all?

So the first beautiful southern home is in the gorgeous Charleston Country Club neighborhood. It has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a two car garage. 3,456 square feet. And in case you're curious (we all are, right?), it's priced at $725K.

So what do you think, do you enjoy seeing photos of homes for sale in Charleston or no?

  7. I have been obsessed with Fixer Upper on HGTV and Flip or Flop :) I am jealous of your new job. I would love to get my license. There is a desirable older subdivision (as every town has one) that has the best school, it's actually right by UK's stadium and college. All the homes are older - most over 60-80 years old and they are SO expensive, and on top of it need at least $100k worth of remodeling and facelifts. Darren and I have been stalking one that is in the heart of this subdivision. It is mostly made of stone (swoooon) and it's within walking distance of the stadium and college. It's got it all as far as I am concerned, but will need reno'd. It's a bargain. I have swayed him into going to a second open house for it this Sunday. I don't even know how this house is still on the market. I am rambling, but you see my obsession! Its why I am so excited for y'all and am looking forward to seeing what you have picked out. Are you all doing any renovations, or did you walk in and think: this is it? PS - come pack our pantry....I could stand to lose a couple pounds at the moment!!! haha. Excited for you!!!
