weekend

Can't believe the weekend is already over.  Makes me sad to see another one go!  We couldn't have had more gorgeous fall weather in Charleston.  I could have stayed outside all day on Saturday and Sunday and been a happy girl.
I've got a few pictures to share from our weekend.  Also, I've had a few requests recently to share more ootd photos.  I included a few below.  Disclaimer- they are terrible quality, but it's going to have to do for a while at least.  My days are just too busy to pull out the nice camera, recruit Brandon to take photos, and then spend a while editing, etc.  That's my goal eventually, though!  Hang with me.

I've been wearing these Zara leggings like crazy.  They are thicker than most, a lot like the J. Crew pixie pants.  For an ultra casual day at the office on Friday, I paired them with a long sleeve black t shirt and a short sleeved long sweater that is very old.  I love layering looks like this.  Throwing on my metallic Tory Burch Revas, a few gold accessories, and my 3.1 Phillip Lim Pashli bag dressed the look up a bit.  So comfy!

I also quickly painted my nails with O.P.I Bubble Bath.  Such a great neutral!

Friday night, Brandon and I went to dinner at O-Ku.  It was delicious, as always.  We order the same exact thing every time and the servers all know our order before we even have to say it.  Creatures of habit, I guess.

...and this is what I wore.  You can't tell from this view, but this top has an asymmetric hem and is a bit longer in the back.  It also has a zipper in the back, making it pretty unique.  I own it in black, too. The leggings are the same as seen above.  The booties (I know you can't really see them in this picture) are Nine West and although this exact style isn't made anymore, these are very similar.  My necklace is by Zara.

Saturday, we had plans to shop a little at Towne Centre and head to Red's Icehouse to get a late lunch and watch the Clemson game.  I wore my J. Crew swing sweater with AG Adriano Goldschmied "The Legging" jeans.  Added on my limited edition Kendra Scott earrings (similar), horizontal cross necklace, and my Target "Kodi" booties and was out the door!

Red's was perfection.  Seafood queso, followed by a blackened grouper sandwich.  All outside on a crisp fall day with Clemson playing on the screens above.  Dreamy.

Sunday afternoon, we walked around downtown and enjoyed the King Street atmosphere (something I hate to say that I rarely do).  I wore a different style of Zara leggings than mentioned above, but they are just as thick, like actual pants.  I might like these even more than the ones I wore on Friday!  (Note for both leggings: I would usually wear a small, but picked a medium in Zara leggings and they fit perfectly.) Paired those with a Cynthia Rowley asymmetric hem t-shirt I scored at TJ Maxx, a pretty ancient Banana Republic scarf, and Steve Madden loafers (on sale!).

We grabbed lunch and shopped a little.  It was so beautiful outside!  In honor of our six month anniversary, we had to take a picture on the steps of the church where we were married.

...and that was my weekend!  Of course, sprinkled in with a lot of Breaking Bad on Netflix.  We just finished all the episodes currently available and will have to buy the rest on iTunes.  Can't stop now!

Hope you all had happy weekends.  Xo-M
