Happy Monday, loves!
It was the most gorgeous weekend in Charleston. Chilly, but that is what I anticipated. The little cold fronts we've had within the past few weeks have just felt like a fluke. Now it feels like fall. Finally. To top it off, Brandon surprised me with a beautiful arrangement of fall flowers on Friday evening. Later on that night, we made homemade alfredo pizza on & watched movies. Saturday was sunny with a cool breeze, which made it the perfect morning to sleep in with the windows cracked & snuggled with a warm down comforter. It was a gorgeous day for eating lunch outside at Triangle Char and Bar. We shopped a little & made it home in plenty of time to watch a couple football games with good friends. Sunday was even colder than the day before, but Brandon and I decided to still enjoy yet another outdoor lunch, but this time on Shem Creek at Red's Ice House. Then we drove around the Old Village in Mount Pleasant and admired the gorgeous homes lining the water ...we even picked out a few that we wouldn't hate to own one day. Of course, since we were in that area of town, I wouldn't let him leave without some shopping at Towne Centre. My venti skinny vanilla latte made the crisp air more bearable, or actually, quite enjoyable.
I would say it was a wonderful, relaxing weekend!
